Full-time resident service director. Our resident service director and full-time bus driver prepare a full schedule of activities and excursions, as well as scheduled meetings with residents who want to be involved with the decision-making process and planning.

RiverPointe boasts a well-staffed maintenance department. A member of our maintenance team is on call 24/7 for emergencies. We are staffed 7 days a week during regular business hours. Our front desk is also staffed 24/7 and prides itself on having the ability to triage any apartment issues that might arise.

Golf Course Community

Littleton Golf Course sits directly behind RiverPointe. This South Suburban Park and Rec executive public golf course is open to all golfers. Our bus can even take a non-driver to the course should they need transportation.

Currently, we have a waitlist for underground parking. While waiting for underground parking, we can offer outdoor parking spaces close to the front door at no cost. When the weather is prohibitive, remember that our bus can get you to the necessities at no charge.
